Shipping Policy

We will arrange for shipment of your placed order. Your ordered product(s) will be shipped from our own stores/warehouses located in India. We try to deliver you the ordered product(s) within 2 to 10 business days from the receipt of your order, depending upon the delivery address you have provided. Shipping timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed; we are not liable for delays in shipment. Order deliveries will be made by our third-party courier or logistics partners on any day from Monday to Saturday during working hours.

The product(s) will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for product(s) signed for by a person other than the one who placed the order at the provided address. We are not responsible for damage to product(s) after delivery if the package has already been opened by you. All claims for shortage or damage must be reported to our Customer Care at info@vasantmasala.com or via the Contact Us page on our website. The shortage of goods needs to be highlighted and signed on the "Proof of Delivery" copy and returned to the delivery person.

Shipping and Handling Rates

Shipping and handling rates are shown to you at checkout, before you confirm the order. At present, for all orders of ₹499 or above, we deliver free of cost; a shipping charge of ₹100 applies to orders under ₹499. Based on the product, its size, type, volume, packaging and other considerations, shipping and handling rates may change.
