Governance
A Board-appointed CSR Committee oversees the development and implementation of our CSR policy and activities, and monitors our programs. A Working Committee acts as its auxiliary body.

CSR Funding
A minimum of 2% of average net profits (three-year average) is spent annually on CSR activities, with diligent documentation. Any surplus is not added back to business profits.
Corporate Social Responsibility Committee (CSR Committee)
The Board of Directors will constitute a CSR Committee consisting of 3 or more directors.
